Start the enrollment process by submitting the online form through “Enroll Your Child.” This simple step helps us gather the information needed to welcome your child into our caring and educational environment.

Take a Tour
The next step in the enrollment process is to take a tour of our facility. We’ll invite you to schedule a visit, where you can explore our classrooms, meet our dedicated staff, and get a firsthand look at our center.

Submit Application
The next step is the Application process. This includes the required enrollment forms below. During this stage, we evaluate your child’s milestone and ASQ to determine their developmental progress.

The next step is securing your child’s spot at HMC Academy, ensuring they’re ready to join our vibrant learning community after completing the forms and taking a tour.

To complete your child’s enrollment at HMC Academy, please ensure the following documents are submitted. These documents are essential for us to create a safe, supportive, and individualized learning environment for your child, ensuring we meet all health, safety, and developmental needs from day one.
